Noli Web Apps was founded in 2026 by Wout Desmedt, a web developer looking for a challenge and a place to share his creativity and ideas with the world.
The first big project was Noli Study: a complete learning platform that Wout built himself, from idea to launch, and that is now live.

About the name
Why Noli?
The name comes from our two cats, Noortje and Lily. They also modelled for the logo, drawn by my girlfriend Elena. Their contribution to the code is zero, but they do supervise from the keyboard.
